The role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, United States to own full-cycle revenue across new business, platform partnerships, and existing account growth. The role will focus on opening new enterprise and mid-enterprise accounts, and expanding existing client relationships through new workstreams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience in services, solutions, or platforms, with a proven track record of closing six-figure engagements with Director-to-C-level buyers. They should have experience selling through platform ecosystems such as HubSpot, Acquia/Drupal, Salesforce, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar platforms.

This is a consultative, discovery-led sales role focused on selling digital programs and business outcomes rather than SaaS seats or staff augmentation. The Account Executive will work closely with sales, solutions, delivery, marketing, and platform partners to build pipeline, win new logos, and grow strategic accounts

Why Axelerant

Why an Account Executive - US should choose Axelerant?

The role is only half of it. The other half is whether the company is built for the way you do your best work, and whether that claim holds up once you are in.

Axelerant team members celebrating Great Place To Work certification

Four values underneath

OpennessExcellenceKindnessOwnership

You see them every day, from leave granted without questions when life happens, to performance coaches, mentors, and wins celebrated in public.

Remote by build01

Remote is not a perk here

Axelerant has been remote-first since 2012, years before it was common. It is not a benefit you negotiate for, it is how the company is built.

Your day02

You shape it yourself

A two-hour overlap with your team is the only fixed point. You are measured on what you ship, not hours online.

Small by design03

150+ people, 12 countries, no middle layer

The team is small on purpose. That means you work directly with client leadership, not behind layers of account managers.

The whole loop04

You own it, ambiguity included

You are trusted with real scope early. Systems carry the repetitive delivery work, which leaves you the ambiguous, judgment-heavy calls. That is what we hire for.

Titles stay flat

You grow by the scope and outcomes you own, not by rungs on a ladder. There is no crowd to disappear into, and no title to wait for.
